Thank you for visiting my site! Let me introduce myself. My name is Adam Gist (as you probably guessed from the clinic name). I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 after having 9 yrs experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. My mission is to bring quality rehab & sports performance on a 1-on-1 basis to Pace, FL.
My experience as a clinician as well as working through my own injuries has allowed me to continue to learn about the body in order to help you. The goal of your treatment or training is based on your individual goals. Let's get you moving better and moving pain-free
I am originally from Arkansas. I met my wife in a running club in Ohio while in PT school. She is originally from Pensacola. We got married in 2020 and welcomed our son in 2021. My recreational activities include running, lifting weights, and playing golf.
