No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to receive treatment at Adam Gist PT. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage.
A typical physical therapy session at Adam Gist PT lasts about one hour. However, the length of your session may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.
At this time, I am only enrolled with traditional Medicare and Humana. I will be in-network with TRICARE beginning June 2026. For all other insurances, I am considered out-of-network and therefore, I can provide superbill for you to send to your insurance so that they might reimburse you.
