If you are playing with a flexibility or strength deficit, you are not optimizing your performance on the course. The assessment checks 16 movement patterns that could be affecting how well you play as well as determine your injury risk by continuing to play with the deficits.

No. I am considered an out-of-network provider as I run a cash-based clinic. Insurance companies restrict what we can focus on which does not allow you to get the best care
My focus is on you and your goals. Whether PT or training, I provide 1-on-1 service so you get the care you deserve. Many PT clinics treat multiple people at once which does not allow for quality care.
This will depend on your goal. If you are wanting to get out of pain, you may only need 1 session. It could be more depending on severity or chronic nature of the pain.
If you are looking for weight loss or strength training, then we would set up weekly appointments to progress as needed.
